Please read the following notes before ordering:
All corsetry is sized according to dress making sizes. The bust size of Basques is in accordance with waist measurement. For women with a large bust, this is normally no problem as the lacing is then left slightly open at the top. If, upon measuring, you find yourself in-between sizes, just select the nearest smaller size.

Free Size
Shirts are large enough to fit the above sizes, both male and female (unisex). For smaller people we recommend rayon garments rather than cotton, as rayon is much softer.
Skirts are made with elasticated waistbands (unless stated otherwise) and some styles have a drawstrap so they can be made smaller.
Tops are often made in a stretch fabric (unless stated otherwise) and should fit comfortably up to size 16.
For a large size just state this on your order form or phone us.
Sizes over 18 carry an additional charge:
Leather and suede is an extra £20.00, fabric garments are an extra £10.00.

Length
Length of skirts or dresses is taken from the waist rather than the hip. Full-length garments are therefore quite long but, as mentioned before, we shall find the best option for your size.
Fabrics
Fabrics and colours may vary slightly from time to time and are subject to availability. Should a particular fabric or colour be unavailable, we shall supply a close as possible alternative, unless you specifically tell us not to.
We reserve the right to alter or discontinue any design without notice.

We do not provide wholesale for TS or VL coded corsetry.
Minimum order value £350.00 with no minimum quantity for your first order.
Then the second order thereafter has a minimum of 6 items required.
Delivery normally within 6 weeks of us receiving your order and has the same terms as for standard orders. Payments must be received before we send out your order (pro-forma) and is subject to clearance. We shall contact you when your order is ready for relay. Payment can be made on cheque, Euro cheque or by postal order, all payable to ‘Elizium’. Alternatively, payments can be made via bank transfer.
Delivery charges will be shown on your invoice.
P&P will of course depend on the size of your order.
Please note that we reserve the right to cease trading with any business found to be copying any of our designs.

We accept payment via PayPal secure payment system. Simply select the PayPal option in the checkout and follow the instructions provided.

When you register your details or place an order with us we will collect your name, email, mail address, phone number(s).
