Elizium was brought to life about Nineteen years ago by the two of us, Maria Joseph and Martha Cullinan. At first we had a small stall in Camden market on a Friday, selling shirts, skirts and hand made jewellery. In 1990 we managed to swing a stall on Thursdays as well and with more money coming in we started to expand. By 1995 we were running at our regular stalls through all four days the market is open for. The range of stock increased to cover, as far as space allows an ever growing range of alternative clothing and gothic dress styles including cloaks, coats, corsetry , waspies ,basques and rubber in an attempt to satisfy the demands of all our customers.
